Each year EKCO engages women poets, artists, and community members in the co-creation of innovative poetry performances. 

Rivers Run Through Us is an ongoing community engagement project that utilizes art to change minds, hearts and actions about water, rivers and river restoration. 

In 2017 we took part in the USDAC's "Peoples' State of the Union," gathering 3 minute stories from community members that reflect where we are as a nation.  

Artful Life is proud to be a full member of TIASO, a professional services co-op serving artists and organizations committed to working in, for and with community. 

Artful Life is proud to have been a presenting partner and program coordinator of Women and Creativity from 2011 until 2017, an annual, month-long series of events in March celebrating women's creativity across the disciplines.

During the spring and early summer of 2016, Artful Life worked with University of New Mexico DACA students--encouraging them to tell their stories through art.
